Successful collaboration between Puraclean, mycon and Kipp Umwelttechnik further expanded

FilterMaster now also in use in Switzerland – mycon supplies filter cleaning system to Puraclean

Puraclean has been working closely with the companies mycon and Kipp Umwelttechnik GmbH for more than four years. To date, the cooperation has been limited to the industrial service sector. In this area, Puraclean cleans heat exchangers, cold stores and cleans, removes paint and decoats surfaces using equipment developed by mycon.

With the delivery of the filter cleaning system FilterMaster from mycon GmbH to Puraclean, the cooperation was extended to the area of vehicle service. Exhaust particulate filters of all types and sizes can be cleaned. In addition to all exhaust gas cleaning systems, other filter systems can also be cleaned. Puraclean’s annual capacity for cleaning exhaust particulate filters / catalytic converters is in the five-digit range. The patented cleaning system was developed by Kipp Umwelttechnik, the sister company of mycon GmbH, with government support and the involvement of universities. mycon is responsible for the production and international distribution of the systems. The companies Kipp Umwelttechnik and mycon are specialists in the development and application of material and environmentally friendly processes for cleaning sensitive and difficult-to-clean surfaces in industry.

About Puraclean GmbH

In 1976, Mr. Peter Hintermann founded Carrosserie P. Hintermann and thus laid the first foundation stone for today’s Puraclean GmbH. Carrosserie P. Hintermann specializes in bodywork repairs and paintwork. After the first ten years in which the company was based in Dielsdorf, it moved to the new, modern premises in Oberhasli in 1988. Since this modernization, the company also has its own paint booth.

Reto Hintermann completed his apprenticeship as a polymechanic from 2002 to 2006. Specialist certificate. This was followed by a team leader school and then the management of a CNC department. From this time onwards, he took over the management of the body shop during his father’s vacation absences, which also awakened his desire to become self-employed.

After passing the industrial foreman examination with a federal certificate, the company Puraclean was founded with the aim of offering environmentally conscious industrial cleaning in Switzerland.

Thanks to many years of experience in many areas of industrial cleaning and car servicing, both companies employ practice-oriented specialists who place great value on prompt and reliable work.
