The constant availability of the automated JetMaster cleaning system brings considerable advantages. In energy generation, e.g. in waste incineration plants, the turbine output is often reduced if the heat removal is insufficient. This often happens at higher outside temperatures. Cleaning by a service company must first be commissioned with a lead time. The necessary access/egress routes and complex construction site facilities result in considerable costs. Then there is the actual cleaning, which is usually carried out using high-pressure water. This can quickly run into five figures and is often incurred twice a year. Even higher than these costs are usually the lost profits due to the reduction in power generation.

Low investment costs possible thanks to JetMaster rental system
The automated JetMaster system can also be rented. The full annual rental price is normally considerably lower than the operator’s current cleaning costs + loss of profit due to the reduction in energy production output that is often necessary, at least in the summer months.
The operator only needs to meet a few requirements. The calculation, planning, manufacture, installation and maintenance of the automated cleaning system is then the responsibility of mycon and its sister company Kipp Umwelttechnik. This means maximizing profits without major investment costs.
Monitoring and automatic start of cleaning by ControlMaster
The ControlMaster monitoring system can be installed for monitoring purposes. The development is not yet complete, but will soon be ready for use in heat transfer systems with a clear structure. ControlMaster can be connected to the automated JetMaster cleaning system and start it automatically when required. ControlMaster works on the basis of algorithms. The economically correct time for cleaning is then selected, taking into account the cleaning costs. This can be done fully automatically or the corresponding data can also be imported digitally. Cleaning can then also be carried out at the touch of a button.
The automatic cleaning machine is worthwhile for large areas, otherwise the JetMaster system is used manually. Here too, ControlMaster serves as a guideline for cleaning operations.
