Heat exchanger cleaning – Kipp Umwelttechnik cleans all types of finned heat exchangers with the JetMaster+ system
The JetMaster+ system, which consists of four combination units, is also successful where other cleaning systems cannot make any progress in cleaning heat exchangers. Kipp Umwelttechnik has just successfully cleaned tightly installed spiral finned pipes with sometimes extremely hard deposits. Stones were even removed from the plant. Kipp Umwelttechnik has been successfully cleaning shell and tube heat exchangers for many years. The TubeMaster process from sister company mycon GmbH can be used to clean pipes and remove even the toughest deposits. The inner walls of the pipe can also be polished. This significantly reduces energy costs and increases production capacity.
The cleaning of removable plate heat exchangers using the PowerMaster system has also been part of Kipp Umwelttechnik’s range of applications for some time now.
Kipp Umwelttechnik commissions new mobile flushing technology for cleaning plate heat exchangers and closed tube bundle heat exchangers
With the support of a regional university, Kipp Umwelttechnik also developed its own flushing processes for cleaning closed plate heat exchangers / shell and tube heat exchangers in 2017. Kipp Umwelttechnik relies primarily on green chemistry that cleans gently and can be reused and only recycled or neutralized at a later date after several uses.
A fully equipped vehicle is available for the biogas plant sector, which always has the necessary cleaning equipment on board. Together with the manufacturer of the systems, sister company mycon GmbH, Kipp Umwelttechnik also offers the JetMaster system for cleaning any type of finned heat exchanger for hire, together with the necessary compressor if required. All heat exchangers can also be cleaned in-house at fixed prices. On request, we can arrange for the systems to be collected from you and returned after cleaning.
