Efficient heat exchanger cleaning with JetMaster

The effective JetMaster cleaning system from mycon GmbH has already been used for some time in the rail technology sector for cleaning heat exchangers under, in and on trains. JetMaster brings advantages in terms of quality, time and environmental friendliness when cleaning finned heat exchangers of all types and can therefore save considerable operating costs. JetMaster works without any additives with water volumes of 0.20 – 0.75 l per minute. mycon now also offers automated solutions for this area.

Process for cleaning and stripping paint from axles and bogies

mycon now also offers other processes for the rail technology sector, e.g. for stripping paint from axles, bogies and other surfaces. Another special system can be used to clean and degrease bogies, engines and other surfaces. This process works completely without water. The cleaning fluid used is recyclable. All processes can be used manually and automatically.

mycon devices also successful in Asia

During tests, a major railroad company in Asia was impressed by the new developments from mycon GmbH. In addition to the JetMaster devices for cleaning finned heat exchangers in the rail technology sector, new cleaning processes for manual or fully automated paint stripping of axles and bogies and for waterless cleaning of bogies and other oily or greasy surfaces were also tested here. In addition, a robot-automated beam cleaning station with the new cleaning system from mycon GmbH is in the planning stage. The cleaning fluid used in this planned system can also be used several times and then recycled.
