Filter cleaning with the internationally patented FilterMaster DPF system, even when installed

The “FilterMaster DPF” process was developed in collaboration with the University of Paderborn as part of a project funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economics within the framework of the ZIM program. It was actually designed during the development phase to clean filters in the installed state. However, as far as we knew at the time, this proved to be difficult during the course of development. For this reason, the cleaning process was initially limited to cleaning removed filters. For cost reasons, this will remain the economically more important part. But in special cases with difficult expansion conditions, there is now an alternative.

For some vehicles, removing the particulate filter involves considerable effort. This includes the Passat 3c model from Volkswagen. To remove the particulate filter, the front axle must be loosened and lowered. This involves a considerable amount of time and therefore also costs.

Further development with considerable cost benefits

A further development is also used for cleaning removed filters. An additional suction device has been integrated into the patented FilterMaster DPF process, as has been used by Kipp Umwelttechnik for many years for filter cleaning using dry snow. The development has now been released after a lengthy trial run. This leads to a considerable reduction in the costs of the cleaning process.

Kipp Umwelttechnik passes on the reduction in cleaning costs to its customers. The cleaning price for particulate filters for cars and vans will be reduced with immediate effect and amounts to VAT and all transportation costs (delivery and collection) as well as documentation, in future EUR 278.00 instead of EUR 296.77.

The price reduction for truck filters is even more drastic. The price reductions here are between 15-40%. Please ask for our offer.

For operators of larger fleets in all vehicle sectors, FilterMaster DPF cleaning machines can be provided on site. The cleaning machines are operated by our

sister company mycon GmbH, which also takes care of maintenance and, if required, the provision of operating equipment.

Other possible applications of the FilterMaster DPF process

In addition to cleaning truck and car filters, the FilterMaster DPF cleaning process also offers filter cleaning options for agricultural vehicles, forklift trucks, ships, locomotives, buses, stationary engines, gas engines and combined heat and power plants. The filters used in future for petrol engines can also be cleaned with FilterMaster DPF. We will be happy to discuss the cleaning options with you and prepare an individual offer according to your requirements.
