Latest version of the FilterMaster DPF process for filter cleaning put into operation
mycon GmbH has supplied FilterMaster DPF, the vehicle service division of Kipp Umwelttechnik GmbH, with the latest version of the patented FilterMaster DPF by mycon particulate filter cleaning process. The FilterMaster cleaning process without housing separation preserves the value of the particle filter. In the latest version of the cleaning process, the already low cleaning effort has been further reduced. The resulting price advantage is passed on in full to customers for all filter types.
Express soot filter cleaning: delivered in the morning – collected in the afternoon
The following applies to both local delivery and shipping within Germany: speed is our strength. Hardly anyone can afford to do without their car for any length of time. Speed is even more important when it comes to repairing commercial vehicles. FilterMaster DPF therefore cleans particulate filters within a few hours. If the delivery takes place in the morning, the cleaned particulate filter can be collected again in the afternoon. FilterMaster DPF also has a time-saving solution for shipping thanks to express delivery. If your order is received by 3 p.m., it will usually be collected on the same day. The filter is then delivered to the vehicle service department at Kipp Umwelttechnik by 10 a.m. the next morning. In individual cases, it is also possible to collect the diesel particulate filter at a later date. After cleaning, they are usually dispatched on the day of delivery and are back with the customer by 10 a.m. the next day.
The cleaning time for catalytic converters and diesel particulate filters in large-engine commercial vehicles is approx. 8 hours. For this reason, shipping will then take place on the following working day.

DPF cleaning – options for customers with high cleaning volumes
For larger filter volumes, our sister company mycon GmbH, as the developer and manufacturer of the filter cleaning systems used, is happy to install a complete cleaning system on a rental basis directly at the customer’s premises. Installation usually takes just one day and is carried out by trained technicians and engineers. In the truck sector, this is already worthwhile from approx. 200 filters per year, in the car sector from 500 filters per year. Kipp Umwelttechnik is responsible for the maintenance and provision of equipment and disposal.

FilterMaster DPF is a division of Kipp Umwelttechnik GmbH and is responsible for vehicle service within the Kipp Group. The group consists of the companies J.W.
