JetMaster is a gentle cleaning system from mycon GmbH for intensive, chemical-free cleaning of the sensitive fin surfaces of heat exchangers. JetMaster only uses compressed air and a small amount of water for cleaning. All heat exchanger units can quickly become dirty, depending on the ambient conditions in which they are operated. The JetMaster AS represents an automated further development of the JetMaster system and offers either partial or full automation functions as required. Gentle intensive cleaning system for heat exchangers
JetMaster works with a gentle but extremely powerful process. High-performance nozzles inject compressed air and small quantities of water, which have been specially pre-treated in the device, up to supersonic speeds at a low pressure of approx. 3-7 bar. The high speed, which can be faster than the speed of sound, and the cavitation effect that occurs when the jet hits the surface result in excellent cleaning efficiency.

JetPower
Fast cleaning of large areas
mycon GmbH has developed the JetPower for cleaning large areas. The JetPower enables the rapid cleaning of large, heavily soiled surfaces of finned heat exchangers as well as glass and façade surfaces of all kinds. With the new JetPower and JetMaster system, a jet width of up to approx. 0.50 m can be achieved when the jet hits the surface. This makes it possible to clean even large areas cost-effectively.
