Kipp Umwelttechnik GmbH cleans sensitive surfaces, machines and systems with dry ice / dry snow. The advantages of this process are virtually dust-free cleaning, so that the process can also be used in areas that are sensitive to dirt and moisture. Kipp Umwelttechnik is also carrying out trial cleanings for later automated use of the process.
The CO2 used to clean surfaces is almost exclusively recovered from industrial waste gases. Environmental pollution is caused solely by the energy consumption for recovery/liquefaction and transportation. Cleaning with CO2 is therefore an absolutely environmentally friendly and residue-free process. IceMaster is the modern process for industrial cleaning with dry ice / dry snow.
Our application examples show the advantages of using the IceMaster system.
The system shown here is used to pre-treat plastic parts before painting with the help of the automated IceMaster.
Application examples IceMaster
Cleaning of oxide layers on electronic components after lead-free soldering
Pre-treatment of plastic parts using IceMaster before painting/coating
Cleaning, stress-relieving and deburring of engine parts with IceMaster
Automated deburring of stainless steel parts with IceMaster
Our sister company mycon GmbH not only offers automated solutions for the IceMaster system. The devices in the JetMaster and SpeedMaster series can be automated indefinitely and are also available for hire. For further information, please visit the mycon GmbH website.

JetMaster
Kipp Umwelttechnik GmbH cleans manually and semi-automatically with JetMaster from mycon GmbH. If desired, all relevant data can be recorded at the same time, which can then be used for subsequent automation.
The JetMaster from mycon GmbH is environmentally friendly and saves resources. The water consumption is extremely low at 0.20 – 1.00 l clear water per minute of use. JetMaster works without the addition of chemicals. In contrast to other aqueous cleaning processes, this also greatly reduces the amount of wastewater, which is only contaminated by the mostly harmless soiling of the surfaces in this area.
