Filter cleaning with the internationally patented FilterMaster DPF system reliably prevents pollutant emissions

The “FilterMaster DPF” and more process was developed together with the University of Paderborn as part of a project funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology as part of the ZIM program. Particular attention was paid to the avoidance of pollutant emissions.

Exhaust gas treatment reliably prevents the release of pollutants collected in the filter

The process exhaust gases from the FilterMaster DPF process are passed through an exhaust gas treatment system to remove pollutants and particles. In particular, heavy metals and aromatic compounds are separated and disposed of properly. This high level of effort is necessary because contaminants from fuel and lubricants have accumulated in the particulate filter during operation. These are mobilized during cleaning and must be reliably separated.

Gas scrubber enables effective separation of gases and particles

While alternative processes assume thermal decomposition of the pollutants during cleaning and in some cases the exhaust air is not filtered at all, the
Kipp Umwelttechnik GmbH makes no compromises here. A modular gas scrubber with downstream droplet separator reliably prevents the slippage of
Pollutant emissions from filter cleaning into the environment. Regular analyses of the scrubber liquid confirm a considerable proportion of heavy metals that would otherwise be released into the water.
environment.

Despite this cost-intensive cleaning of the exhaust air, Kipp Umwelttechnik GmbH offers its customers an attractive cleaning price for particle filters. For cars and vans it is incl. VAT and all transportation costs (delivery and collection) and documentation 278.00 euros.

For operators of larger fleets in all vehicle sectors, FilterMaster DPF cleaning machines can be provided on site. The cleaning machines are produced by our sister company mycon GmbH, which also takes care of maintenance and, if required, the provision of equipment.

Other possible applications of the FilterMaster process

In addition to cleaning truck and car filters, FilterMaster DPF cleaning processes also offer filter cleaning options for agricultural vehicles, forklift trucks, ships, locomotives, buses, stationary engines, gas engines and combined heat and power plants. The filters used in future for petrol engines can also be cleaned with FilterMaster DPF. We will be happy to discuss the cleaning options with you and prepare an individual offer according to your requirements.
