Filtertaxi now in use for the collection and delivery of large filtersa
The summer months in particular are often a good time to carry out maintenance work on commercial vehicles or have it carried out. In many cases, this also includes cleaning the particulate filter so that the vehicles are available without disruption at busy times and existing manpower can be optimally utilized.
FilterMaster DPF is a division of Kipp Umwelttechnik GmbH. Several thousand filters have already been successfully cleaned using the FilterMaster for cars and more and FilterMaster for trucks and more cleaning systems developed and patented by sister company mycon GmbH.
FilterMaster DPF is constantly working to offer its customers further benefits through the further development of its own services.
Discussions with customers have shown that there is often no staff available to carry out the necessary transportation trips. Transportation with a shipping company usually involves longer transport times, as direct trips are only made in rare cases.
For this reason, Kipp Umwelttechnik GmbH has invested in a new company vehicle for the FilterMaster DPF department: FilterMaster DPF by Kipp Umwelttechnik GmbH now offers a pick-up and delivery service for large particulate filters and catalytic converters. Within a radius of approx. 50 km around the location at Senner Straße 156 in Bielefeld, the service costs a flat rate of €40.00 net per journey. Picked up early in the morning usually means that the cleaned filter/catalytic converter is returned the same day. We offer pick-ups for longer distances on request. The service can be used for all large particulate filters. These include bus filters, truck filters, construction machinery filters, agricultural machinery filters and filters from locomotives.
In individual cases, if it is on the way for the driver, we also offer the pick-up and delivery service for car filters.
How can I order a collection to have my particulate filter cleaned with the new Filtertaxi?
Collection can be requested via the web store at www.shop.filtermaster-dpf.com. All you have to do is select “Shipping organization by FilterMaster DPF” and enter a short note “under 50km” when requesting a quote. The FilterMaster DPF team is also available by telephone on 08000 403090 or by e-mail at cl******@fi**************.com to answer questions and arrange appointments.
Does it always have to be a pick-up and delivery service?
It is not always necessary to use both pick-up and delivery services. If FilterMaster DPF only collects or returns the filter by filter cab, only one way (€40.00 net) will be charged.
Which particulate filters does FilterMaster DPF clean?
Exhaust particulate filters are now mandatory for the operation of almost all diesel-powered vehicles and machines. FilterMaster DPF by Kipp Umwelttechnik GmbH cleans particulate filters of all types and sizes. It does not matter whether they are installed in vehicles such as cars, trucks, locomotives, excavators, agricultural machinery, forklift trucks or buses, or whether they are filters for stationary engines such as in combined heat and power plants. FilterMaster DPF also cleans the new exhaust filters of gasoline engines.
